I live in Germany and one of my favorite CFNM situations is the sauna experience. The sauna I visit is managed by a female. It's a small space without dedicated locker rooms. People simply take off their clothes in a hallway right next to the entrance.

I would never forget my first time being there. The manager first showed me around the place. After the introduction, I started to take my clothes off. A female customer then arrived and started a small talk with the manager. So during the talk, they could see me removing my clothes piece by piece. After I striped naked, the manager approached me with a basket and said I could hold my belongings inside. Without anything to cover myself (my towel was still in my bag), I took the basket and said thank you. Glancing at the customer, I noticed a smile on her face. It was then that I decided this would be my regular sauna.

It's a fantasy setting for me, I often prefer a setting where the male is oblivious to female's interest in his nudity.

Any situation in which there is some element of humiliation/embarrassment. Either the guy embarrassed to be exposed to women he knows, or a woman flustered at seeing a naked man.

If the sauna is nude then the most anybody wears is a towel. You don't have a choice. Some places have optional days but some places are fairly strict.

I enjoy a very specific subset of CFNM scenarios. The setting needs to be natural, not convoluted. The progress needs to be gradual, not at porn-speed. Encouragement is ok but force is not. The nudity has to be "pretend casual", i.e. the people involved know that it's not normal, but they pretend it is so the situation can continue. Embarrassment is ok, but humiliation is not.

I must say it's not easy to find adult content that meets this criteria so I can enjoy it. So I often end up having to write my own.
